October 2026. Fellten, the business behind the ChargeQube range of battery-integrated rapid EV charging solutions, has appointed Simon Tate as Sales & Marketing Director as the company looks to accelerate commercial growth and expand its presence across the fleet, automotive and wider industrial sectors.

Simon brings extensive experience from across the electric vehicle charging industry, having held senior commercial leadership positions at Elmtronics (now Mer Fleet Services), Fuuse and, most recently, Indra Renewable Technologies.

Throughout his career, Simon has played a key role in developing commercial strategies, building teams, establishing strategic partnerships and supporting businesses through the transition to electric mobility.

His appointment comes at an important stage in Fellten’s development, as the business looks to build on its ChargeQube proposition and strengthen its position within the evolving EV charging market.

ChargeQube’s battery-integrated rapid charging solutions are designed to help businesses overcome practical challenges associated with electrification, particularly where grid capacity and deployment timescales can present barriers to progress.

In his new role, Simon will lead Fellten’s sales and marketing activities, focusing on building market awareness, accelerating commercial opportunities, strengthening customer relationships and developing partnerships that support long-term growth.

Building momentum for ChargeQube

“I’m genuinely excited to be joining Fellten at this stage in its journey. Having spent a significant part of my career in the EV charging industry, I’ve seen first-hand the challenges businesses and fleet operators face when it comes to electrification.

“What attracted me to Fellten was the opportunity behind ChargeQube. It’s a compelling proposition that addresses some of the real challenges facing the market, particularly around access to power and the ability to deploy charging infrastructure where it’s needed.

“There’s a real opportunity to build momentum, strengthen our market presence and develop meaningful partnerships across the industry. My immediate focus is on getting closer to our customers, growing our commercial pipeline and helping turn that opportunity into sustainable growth.

“I’m looking forward to working with Mike and the wider team as we take the business into its next chapter.”
